1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of quranwithme.com and the online Quran education services provided by QuranWithMe. By booking a class or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

QuranWithMe provides online, one-to-one Quran classes for kids and adults, including Noorani Qaida, Quran reading, Tajweed, and Quran memorization. All classes are conducted online via video call.

3. Free Trial Classes

We offer a free trial class to new students so they can meet the teacher and assess whether our teaching approach is a good fit. Booking a free trial does not obligate you to continue with paid classes.

4. Booking & Scheduling

Class timings are arranged directly with the teacher based on your availability and time zone. We aim to be flexible, but scheduling is subject to teacher availability.

5. Payments

Payment terms, pricing and billing arrangements (where applicable) will be communicated to you directly before any paid classes begin. No payment is required to book a free trial class.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email if you need to reschedule or cancel a class, so we can adjust accordingly.

7. Student Conduct

We ask that students and parents/guardians engage respectfully during classes. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of inappropriate conduct.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized instruction, learning pace and outcomes (such as memorization progress) vary between students and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding and course materials belong to QuranWithMe and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

QuranWithMe provides educational services in good faith but is not liable for any indirect or incidental issues arising from technical disruptions (e.g. internet connectivity) during online classes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
